I just had an order problem and all I need to do is change the number of models they charged me for [ DOUBLE ] they really need better customer service !!!!!!!

Did you speak to someone or was this via the web site?
If the latter did you cancel the original order first?
I've had no problems changing order quantities on the web site, but you do have to hit "update totals" or something similiar to effect the change, otherwise you get charged for the wrong quantities.
This is pretty standard though, as the remote site doesn't know what you mean until this is done.
How does this relate to customer service though, I don't understand, unless you called?

ORDER NUMBER IS yhst-17210252890263-39508 it was for 1 MOSQUITO 75 inch arf, what happened was I ordered last night, and the card was rejected so I waited until this morning and ordered again. Evidently the first order was not removed because it added it in again and by the time I noticed it, it was too late. I would appreciate having it taken care of I need to order some other items. DM
