Bad Battery
This is in regards to order #427499 for 2 Exceed RC F-18C Replacement Parts: Battery
I received these 2 batteries today. They are 4 cell batteries. 1 battery had 15.3 volts....good. The other had 12.08 volts.....BAD. Upon further inspection I found 1 of the cells to be at .65 volts!
I called your customer service and was told I was expected to pay return shipping for this defective battery! I can't believe that you expect your customer to pay extra because you sent out a defective item! That's insane!!
Finally whoever I was talking to agreed just to send a new one....that's the right thing to do! I would have gladly returned it, but I should not have to pay return shipping on a defective item!
I hope a new battery is actually getting shipped to me......after this irritating phone call I don't know if I can believe that a replacement is actually coming???
