Just got the following email

Dear Customer, Thank you for shopping at RaidenTech! Your order will be shipped on 09/19/2008via FedEx. Here is your tracking number #############. Tracking information should be available on the carrier's web site within 24 to 48 hours. Thank you. The order shipped to address is:#################### Canada Order Number: 419783-Quantity Item 1 Spare Parts for (90A85_Gas_LowWingTrainer60) - 1x Fuselage1 cowl SubTotal: $0Shipping and Handling: $0Tax: $0Insurance: $0Discount: $0Total: $0

Problem is I don't own or need the parts for a 90A85_Gas_LowWingTrainer60 I need the parts for my CMP Cessna 182 120-140

My original post

I recieved my CMPro Cessna 182, 120 today and I have two problems.

My order is raidentech168-162676

1. I am missing the Cowl
2. Fuselage has 3 large cracks on it. The box was not damaged so its not a shipping issue.

See the attached photos. It's hard to see the cracks with the camera. But they are bad enough!

So Can I please get a new fuselage and the missing cowl?

Your support SUCKS! I've emailed customer service last friday and today with no reply, Tried calling but your always busy and posted here in the forum! I'm a hair away from calling my bank and getting a reverse charge on my credit card. I recieved a damaged kit with missing parts and now your sending me parts to a plane I don't own. This has been going on for almost 2 weeks so can I get some service? Or do I call my bank?

what's wrong with you? I already told you that it's not fuselarge for trainer. You are getting a fuse for cessna 140 and cowl.

I"m sorry that you've received the fuse damaged but it was damaged due to fedex.

And no you didn't tell me it was not a fuselarge for a trainer!! And Fedex didn't damage the plane. There was not a scratch on the box!
