Has anybody gotten support from these people? I have wasted my money enough. the help from them is impossible to get.

Go to Nitro Planes support page & down at the bottom you'll see the PM notice. That is John, he is the "go to guy" when you have problems. Have all info ready ( order # etc. & he should be able to help you.. Good Luck
