The F-35 comes with a 25C 1300mAh battery pack. I have an extra 15C 1300mAh battery pack at home.
Will that work with it or will the plane not have enough power? Will I experience servo failures or brownouts during flight?

If I remember correctly that plane comes with an 1800mAh battery pack although the 1300mAh pack is what is listed, if memory serves me correctly ( note I MAY be wrong! ).
Even the included battery tends to run very warm to hot, so NO your existing pack will likely burn out.
I've flown this plane with a 2200mAh 20C pack after enlargening the battery cage ( removing the "bottom", not the hatch itself ).... and this was just about right... however an 1800mAh 20-25C pack seems to be the best combination between weight, speed and flight times.... ( about 5-8 minutes ).
