I got a Problem with a shipment

I just received my Cessna 421 yesterday. (nice plane) Execpt the canopy is crushed,
This was not done by the shipper. It was done by poor packing. I guess I not the only one to have this problem.......
My problem is I called at 9:00 your time when you open. I am sitting on hold for 25 mins listening to some stupid music. Instead of me sitting on hold.......can someone (John) contact me so I can get a new canopy??????
I understand your busy but there has to be more people at Nitro Planes that can take a phone call. "Just a little upset"

The best way to handle this is to PM John ( Nitrostaff1 ) with your order number and the above description.
He logs in here every few days, so the response is not immediate, but he is pretty good at taking care of such things.
Always provide your YSTxxx-xxxx order number as they use this to refer to the items you purchased.
This will save a round of PM's going back and forth asking for order numbers.

At least only the caopy was damaged in your case but when Yan sent my 421 the canopy, canopy bracket and the right wing was damaged and he didn't want to refund my money. After going back and forth in e-mails we agreed he would send the broken parts with a self address lable so I could send the broken parts back when the new ones come. I'm still waiting and it's been two weeks sence the plane came. I don't like this company so far.
