After waiting over 3 months for the parts...I got in touch with N.P. and got a shipping lable to ship it back for a full refund. I packed it better thatn when I got it with extra foam sheets. I will buy from N.P. again, but will do a better pick of a airplane I can get parts for. Capt,n

Hi Eric,
Recently purchased the Exceed RC Concept X airframe in Red, Item # 69A01-red-kit, Order ID # is 1699591.

It is missing both horizontal tails, part # 69A01-03 and # 69A01-04 per the parts sheet.

Could I please get a set, in Red, shipped to me?

And i need some parts for it i need a wing tube &amp; a conopy and a cowling
after searching high &amp; low on the nitroplanes web site i cant find none of it how do i go about getting the parts i need for this plane? or is it one of them ya toss it and get a different plane..

Any help would be appriciated i dont want to wait three months for parts so if they cant be purchased then i'll just huck it in the trash..

Hi Eric, I got the Yak today. I wish it was perfect...but the canopy is cracked in quite a few directions. We am going to florida for a few months. It is less $$ in the long run because heating is so expensive here.
I will not need a new canopy right away...will not build the Yak untill back home. I guess I should have waited and got it later. I have looked it over and a DLE20cc engine will be great on this airplane. I have in my mind all the neat mods I will do to make it a super combo. I will send you a photo of the canopy that is cracked bad. The cowl is kinda warped too. You should have 3 months too find good replacement parts while I am on vacation. John

Do you happen to know the order number for the Yak 120 that Eric was helping you with? I used the order for the returned Yak 120 and wasn't able to locate another order where a second one was shipped out.

I checked on the order and it looks like on 5/9/12 we called the6828 in regards for the cowl but the number wasn't setup for us to leave a message. Do you have a phone number that we can contact you at?

I just got My dynam A-10 and the speed controllers are DOA order number 1714352. What can you do for me do I need to send the plane back or can you just send me some replacement speed controllers? Also the servo plug on the wings is too short to work with to plug into the Rx. Please let me know what you can do for me thanks Sean

I'm going to send you a RMA to have the ESC's returned to get exchanged, as for the servo plugs being too short I can send you extensions. How much longer do you need the extension to be?
