I ordered a walkera genius cp heli <span style="font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 13px; color: rgb(96, 81, 58); ">OrderID: 1844534. when i got it out of the box i noticed the main frame was warped from heat or something. the motor drive appears to be hitting the main drive gear low with too much clearance in gear mesh. Can you send me another main frame to save me from costly shipping cost back to maybe receive the same thing again?</span>

Hi charlie I purchased a rutan defiant 72 inch wingspan a couple of years ago, it was second hand but new in box. I got it cheap as it had a cracked canopy, I got it so cheap I could not resist trying something different.

Anyway after a long search on the net 6 months ago I decided to put it together and fly it. Many have been built and crashed and the COG seemed to be the issue, I had little hope for this model in its first flight. Well after balancing this model a full 2 and a half inches away from the recommended COG I maidened her and guess what she flew great, very interesting bird to see in the air and something a bit different.

Now that she is flying well im wondering if you have any spares for this model, namely the canopy, it is the white one I have. If you could have a rake through your warehouse it would be appreciated.

I ordered a peaks biplane (red). I have numerous problems. The rudder is warped, the elevators are warped, the spring attachment points on the verticle stabilizer broke while the airplane was sitting on my table. there were 2 screws missing for the cabane struts. the 2 screws for the spinner were missing. In addition, before the first flight, the transmitter was inadvertently turned off and the throttle went to full, ingesting the batter hatch. The airplane will not fly straight because of the warps. I tried to order the battery hatch but was told to order the entire fuselage (apprx 36 dollars). I need to have some kind of resolution here. I am not going to pay for a fuselage when I just need a battery hatch and would appreciate replacement parts for the warped parts I received.
In addition, the pilot was floating around the cockpit on shipment arrival.
Ibought this airplane in good faith ( my first Nitro purchase) and do not have a flyable airplane. I have made several requests to sales and parts and can't get a response.

I just want to make sure, the only parts that you receiver is the elevators, rudder, and battery hatch correct? We're you able to source those missing screws or do you need those too?

Let me check with my parts department to see if they have a extra battery hatch that I can send you. The rudder and elevator I have right now. I'll get back to you asap.

I really appreciate your help with this! If it not too late I need the tail brace wires as well as the clips broke on my original stab and rudder set up.....If you have shipped already, I'll make due.

As of 12/21 I have received the spring set and a battery hatch. It was my understanding that you were going to ship a rudder/elevator combination. This I have not received. As I mentioned, the rudder is severely warped and the airplane will not fly straight. The elevator is warped as well and I need a replacement in order to be able to attach the spring braces.

I'll double check with the parts department, after I got the battery hatch I gave them the part and told them to ship the elevator and rudder as well. I guess they didn't. I'll go and get the parts myself and have it sent out to you. <div>

I received that stabilizer and rudder. Unfortunately they are warped as well. the rudder is slightly better than the original but the stab is unusable.<div>Any suggestions. I still don't have a flyable airplane.</div><div>George</div><div>
