ORIGINAL: chebert I have called and emailed dozens of times with no response and chatted which is a joke, I purchased this jet on 1/8/11 got it in opened the box and found the blades busted from the motor, then after building it I found that the tail rudder is warped, yesterday i decided to turn it on in my home to check out the servoes and gave it a 1/4 power and the motor made a nose but did not turn, I did smell a burning from the motor and esc, I have had all I can take from NP and if they don't make this right by 1/26/11 I will be filing a dispute with my credit card company, I may have gotten a lemon but bottom line is I paid a large sum of money for junk, they could at least replace it if not refund me. Just started going through my 50cc Suikhoi, 87.5" winspan. I found a 1" x 5" patch in the covering on the bottom of the plane. Over the years I've seen many planes but never seen one with a patch right out of the box. Started to put the landing gear on and could not find the lock washers - oh well. I have my own. Then I discovered the holes in the landing gear are 1/2" of the holes in the plane. So do I have the wrong landing gear or am I supposed to drill new holes. I know the price was cheap but the quality needs to be a bit better. Really- how hard is it to drill the holes in the right spot. I hope they make this right.

There is no way to arrange the motor so that the shaft will be in the center of the aitplane. (this is a major problem I believe. We selected a motor from the dropdown list. and I see no way thet it will fit this airplane.) 2 - The retractable landing gear will not fit into the desired location. They do not fit into the balsa wing. Also, we received 2 right wing landing gear housing, instead of 1 right and 1 left. 3 - I did not deceive any of the peices to secure the wheel to the rod (on landing gear) (looks like we need the 2 nuts? and 2 set screws.) 4 - The plastic wrap was put onto the cowling before the paint was dry and the paint is all messed up. 5 - The directions for the fuel hook-up are not clear, and I do not understand how to hook it up to the motor. Yes I placed the order in July 2010, and my first post concerning the problem was on the 8th of August 2010 couple of weeks later, so within a month time. It took forum support a while to reply and then it was quiet again. It's not my fault. I also tried to call support but there was no way to get through. Even though i didn't get the problem resolved Istill bought two more planes from you guys (November). Istill hope I'll get reimbersed somehow for that bad esc.

I just received my CMP J3 Piper Cub blue/white Clipped Wing 1660mm ARF Kit and the engine cowling that covers the motor was crammed into the box and had a crack down the side of it.
Almost half of the cowling ! Can you send me a replacement one for it? I needed a Cowl for a CMP YAK 140. I looked on your website and there was one listed. So I ordered it and it was shipped right away and when it arrived at my home I opened it was to my suprise it was not a cowl but a canopy. And yes it shows a cowl on the website and no; I do not need a canpoy.

Good luck in getting anything out of these folks. I sent in three unusable parts from a 90" P-38 in 2006...and I never received the parts replacements...thats after dozens of phone calls and e-mails.
