Default 91 FX on U-Can-Do 3D

It looks like the U-Can-Do 3D may be shipping out in the next few weeks. I think I will go with the 91 FX on mine. All of my planes up till now have been .40 and .60 size. I am not sure about what prop to use. I looked at some old threads and it seems that a 13X8 is the most popular for the 91 FX, but I am thinking that it would not be the best choice for this plane. APC is making 14X4, 15X4 and 16X4, Fun Fly/3D props. Would one of these be a good choice?

Select a propeller that will allow the engine to turn in the high 10,000's on the ground. Any prop that will allow the engine to turn that RPM and fly the model the way you want is the correct one.

Since we've not done much in the way of 3D-type work, we're only used to standard type props. We usually run an APC 13x8 prop in our tests. We've seen them turn in the low 11,000's at times, if the engine's been broken-in very well.

If you have to reduce the pitch, then up the diameter. Keep the RPM in the suggested range for best throttle handling.

This U-CAN -DO 3D is very good plane. made in China , I have prototypy of it ,just use .61 engine is enough to push it to sky vertical. if you want add OS FX 91 , I suggest you use 13*4 or 13*5 , this plane design for slow and very slow fly, I always happy with hung it and just few inch high on ground.

If you put 13*6 or 13*8, that will be to fast to you expecting .

pls try slow ,much more fun with this plane.

any question ,pls email me
