Default 15 cv-x hyper, difficult to turn over

I bought this motor new and broke it in smoothly and the motor ran like a champ for maybe 3 tanks of gas. Then knowing i wouldn't be able to mess with it for a couple weeks i used at least a teaspoon of after run oil in the carb and the glow plug hole. When i went back to drive the car weeks later, the motor was very difficult to turn over with the pull starter. It's soo stiff every ten pulls instead of turning the motor it will actuall lift the car up in the air. I assumed the chamber was just flooded and cleared it out, but the problem still persists. I've unflooded the motor a dozen times and it still is a real bear to turn over, like the compression has been doubled! I'm completely lost. Thanks for your help.

It may not be compression. Your engine may have a bent connecting rod. This would most certainly make the engine difficult to turn over. If the engine is only stiff when near top dead center, then you may still be getting oil/fuel in the upper part of the cylinder and hydraulic locking.

A teardown may be the only way to see what the difficulty may be.

I've already pulled most of the motor apart, and the con rod looks fine and turns fine with the glow plug out, however the tip of the allen wrench i was using to remove the head bolts broke off in the last screw, so i'm kindof stuck until i can get that out. How could there still be fluid in the cylinder, if it's been deflooded so many times, can it still collect somewhere? Thanks for your speedy response and i'll keep you updated.

If you can't get the bit of wrench out of the socket bolt, you may be able to get a saw between the head and the case to cut the bolt. Just go in between the fins. You can sometimes get in there. If the bit of wrench isn't in the bolt, but the head of the bolt is damaged, you can drill it off quite easily.
