Greetings Bill
I got a new #60f carb back on my 160 and tossed the Perry carb off of it. I took the carb out of the package and bolted it right on. Is the needle already set for a factory setting or should I adjust it now? Im wondering how many turns out it should be?
Also in your opinion what has been the consensus for a good low end setting after the engine has broken in?
thanks

The carb instructions are with the engine instructions. You can download them here:

As far as the "correct" setting is concerned, it depends upon fuel and propeller. You set the idle mixture where you get a good idle and acceleration. We don't have any "number of turns" to give you. Usually, though, it's not far from the factory setting.
