Default OS 46 FX carb problem/question,,,

so we have a problem with the low-end needle changing/turning in flight on my son's OS 46 FX plane carb, after every flight I have to reset the low-end needle,,, so what's the best fix ??

is there an O-ring on the low-end needle ??, I looked at a carb rebuild kit and I only saw an O-ring for the high-end needle,,,

this motor only has about 12 gallons on it...

thank's !!
Jim

The idle needle has an o-ring to keep it from moving. If it's old or damaged, it could allow the idle needle to slip. The part is:

Here are the stock numbers and list prices of the parts you asked about:

OSMG7392 22781800 O-RING SMALL #2K/#2SB $2.29

These parts can be ordered through any hobby retailer who sells O.S. Max engines and accessories.
