I;m fairly new to the digital camera;I can transfer photos from my camera to my computor to a folder which I can access any time.
How can I post pics to my forum posts..
I tried with some previous members instructions but still I,m dazzed and confused.
Must be a simple way.

OK, it's fairly easy but there is a little trick to it.
Instead of using the normal reply box, up in the upper right-hand corner of the previous posting there is a Reply button. Click on that and it will take you to an advanced screen.
At the bottom left side of that reply box you'll see where it says "Click here to upload images and files!". Yup, click on that and another little screen will pop up. Click on "Browse" and find the shots in your 'puter. Once you've found all of the shots that you want us to see, hit "OK" and let it upload your shots. It will let you know when it's done then close the box then finish posting as you normally would.
This site won't accept videos, you can only link to those. Hopefully when they get the new servers online it will have that feature.

If you make an account at a hosting site like photobucket, you can upload them there and then copy/paste code to embed them into your posts. Or, you can attach the image to an RCU post by uploading it from the "post reply" or "new post" area. Underneath the post entry field is an option for this.
Both ways work fine, but if you upload externally and embed make sure the pictures are not too small or too large.

when you hit post reply at bottom left of page or the reply button top right of the last post (like your post), at the bottom of the window where you tipe your text it says"Click here to upload images and files!" (in blue lettering).
Click it,
there will be a second window that will open,
click on the first "browse"
that will open a third window,
from there click on the drop down menu to choose where you have stored the pic you want.
select the pic you want and click "open"
select "OK" if your done and wait for it to tell you that the upload is complete than click "OK"
that window will close.
you won't see the pic just yet and you won't see it even if you click "preview"
just click on the "ok" at the bottom of the page when your done and your pic shoul be there.
pics have to be smaller than 6Mb
Dan.
Took me too long to type.........AGAIN
