West Coast Storm
It's all fun and games until the water gets close to your doorstep. I never thought this place would get so close to being flooded. Luckily the worst is over for us, and most houses are fine. I've never been so entertained while just standing in the rain watching cars try to get through. At one point, a tow truck got stuck while trying to rescue someone else.

Wow, looks like you guys got it worse than we did up north. We got a lot of rain, but nothing like you did. Some minor slides and downed trees from the wind and that's about it. Hope it lets up soon. More on the way [:@]

Seems like you guys have seen the worse, I may be wrong. We in New Orleans had cars and houses under water a few years back. It was horrible.

Ttam Says Blarg, I never said you guys said it was Katrina and I understand it was freak weather in Cali.
Chuck, I never said NOLA was the only place to be hit with high water. 1953 was nothing compared to the 2004 Indian Ocean earthquake which killed over 250,000 and they are all sad events to say the least.
I own 4 homes in 4 different states, so I can run from hurricanes, floods, tornadoes and earthquakes. Mother nature will never get the best of
me, NEVER!
