Default Why are cars expensive

Ihave driven toy grade RCcars for a long time now and Iwant to get into hobby grade but Iwas wonderingwhy are cars so expensive. Ineed something to do during the winter. Ialso would be interested in tanks.
What Ido the most is fly planes.

Cars are expensive because people want them. Since people want them they charge as much as they can to make max profit.

I think I saw it in rc driver magazine.
I went to a website owned by the website where I buy my planes and they have buggies for like $100.

Tower and RC mart are way better. Im sure someone else will chime in. 600 for a pede is insane.. More like 200 in immaculate condition.

Ebay. Pede Sweet should stay close to 200. 34 minutes.

as for tanks look at heng long and get the upgraded ones they go for around $160ish new
they are not the greatest, but the only other option are tamiyas which run $500-600 each. They are good for getting a feel if you will like tanks though.

Agreed, the "higher" end R/C's are nice but for the price you might as well just go buy a name brand.

RC cars are cheaper now than they were a decade ago. What are you complaining about?

Just because you shop at some place that peddles cheap knockoff stuff doesn't make everything else overpriced
