Things changed in the administration/moderation arena a couple of years ago. It is not a responsibility who takes it seriously and works diligently to makes things better. When Art was the senior moderator, you always knew that he would back your decisions. Ken is a fantastic guy and great moderator but I don't feel like he has the backing of the administrators. It is wise not to get involved in moderation again.
