Ok, so what is a 5 hour long avionics class? Is that a seminar on avionics rather than a weekly 5 hour class? And what school teaches avionics?

Thanks,
Bob

Wow, this is a tough one. Like music, I can't really say I have a single favorite car. It changes based on what mood I'm in. But here are a few I've always liked, and would try to obtain if I ever won the lotto.

1958 Plymouth Fury
1961 Lincoln Continental
1979 Cadillac Coupe Deville
1987 Chevrolet Camaro IROC Z-28
1987 Chevrolet Cavalier Z-24 (want convertible- not even pictures of a totally stock blue one available anywhere!)
1987 Chevrolet Monte Carlo SS
1988 Pontiac Fiero GT
1996 Cadillac Hearse (For use during Halloween)

Hey guys.
I am currently sitting in my 5 hour long college avionics class. I always find myself daydreaming about what my dream garage would contain to pass the time[img][/img]. I can imagine this thought has run through many of your heads atleast one time or another, so i thought i would ask...

So. Lets say its a 4 car garage...

Personal choices:
-BMW M3 (and have it look exactly like the one in the picture!)
-2011 mustang gt500
-Aston v12 vantage
-honda civic SI (mileage/ winter car)[img][/img]

Nothing personal, but daydreaming in an avionics class??. I would pay attention if I was in such a class and planed on a living in aviation

Hey guys.
I am currently sitting in my 5 hour long college avionics class.

Im going to college to become an aircraft maintenace engineer. Its my first year so many of the classes are just theory. Its 35 hours a week of classes, and i need to be there for 95% of my hours to be certified from trasport canada. So i often find myself sitting through crazy long classes with nothing to do. Its algonquin college in ottawa. They have an amazing program here.

Oh and toSCALECRAFT Its litterally the absolute basics, because many people there have no idea about airplanes. I got 100% on my avionics midterm... so im not falling behind or anything lol.

Anyways back on topic lol

I have my real world dream car and I am happy with it. Stick shift, white leather, stainless exhaust...it's fast

But my dream 'car' has wings and a propeller. A full size Stearman or Pitts would be a nice trade for the vette...

My M3 is close to the one in your post...

My dream car is a 911 GT2 RS with Techart mods. I had a 2005 911S as a track car and loved it.

Yeah, it sure can.. but just don't know if TechArt is the right direction, that's all.. of course, that's all totally personal biased opinion only.. ha.. I just associate TechArt with bling.. for any Porsche "GT" cars, I'd want a firm that has racing history to work on it.. such as Manthey, Cargraphics, etc. (or even Porsche's own Motorsport division.. a lot of Cup / R / RSR parts can be put on the street cars, some with some tweaks and some go straight on) Parts used on these cars should be something that's been battled proven..

But it is not my car.. as you said.. ha! And that's a totally personal opinion only, of course.. nothing wrong w/ looking good.. !

Ruf has great reputation, of course.. but I see them as a great tuner for street cars.. (of course, they are also a car manufacturer, which says a lot about their quality / etc.) I see them sort of similar to Alpina (to BMW).. very exclusive, very unique, but really not a company that builds battling race cars..

Again, just my opinion only, which is worth exactly, $0.02.. !

But it is great in some way as their cars are more usable.. but for something like GT2/3RS, we need something hardcore.. ha!
