Looks mean dude, custom comps are better cuz you can use whatever hardrive, motherboard, etc you want to use unlike company comps that force you to buy the same hardrive. Good job! (I dont even want to ask the price)

SATA harddrive, CD burner, running 8 fans, Cheap gigabyte MX4000 graphics card AGP slot, Wireless card, and 512mb of ram. RE: Check out my new computer
Well you've got a good start with an AMD processor and nVidia graphics card. If this is your first time with Linux check out www.ubuntu-linux.org. If you have a little experience go with something like Debian. Debian is an excellent distro, its extremely powerful on servers, (I run it on my little Dell sever, all administered through SSH--no GUI, no keyboard/mouse/monitor) and on regular desktops: www.debian.org. If you're ready to spend a day in front of a computer screen downloading portage, optimising USE variables and compiling a kernel by hand Gentoo is by far the best: www.gentoo.org. Whatever you use, good luck. I don't have to worry about viruses, spyware, any of the sort. You won't go back to Windows for anything.
