That IS really cool looking. Can't see much of the inside but it looks like it uses ducted fans, two perhaps: one for lift and one for thrust.

Very interested in this thing. The kit version looks like a winner to me.

How about 2?!

I guess I am just thinking 4 cars = a lot of insurance $$$..

Maybe it is not too bad, if they are all under the same plan.. !

Easy, 4 cars.

I love working on them myself and if I only have 1 car, it's hard to drive that to work and then add a superchager or engine swap in just the weekend

I think it won't be too bad on insurance, say 4 cars 1 driver shouldn't be 4X the cost of what I pay now for example.

2 cars no good. I would get bored of them. What if I want to drive my torquey supercharged car today? What if I need a comfy ride for a long trip (lincoln). What if I want to scare the heck out of company (viper or cobra).

I thought you could insure them under a different class if you limit it to certain mileage per year?

Yeah, but the trade off will be newer, better (?), more money for mods, etc.

So that's where I am getting at..

Kind of like, do you want 1 TT-01, 1 TB-2, 1 TB-03, and 1 TA-05.. or 1 TRF-416 and a TB-02..

Kind of...

I'm not sure how good the price argument comes into play. I spent about 2 rand on my Lincoln, and the cars I want are used. So my 4 cars will cost much less than a new Vette. I guess the mods will pile up more over time you are right, but hey it's a preference thing.

I hear ya, but I don't mean brand new.. just saying that if you have 50k in 4 cars, you can have a 35k car + 15k car if you only have 2..

Not saying it is better or worse, but I am just trying to see everyone's preference...

I do think that you'd at least need 2, I agree with you there..

But man, I'd need a new garage if I were to have 4 cars, ha ha!!
