I know its not a Tamiya and I have thought about it but the choice came to the fact that his LHS doesnt stock any Tamiya parts but loads of Traxxas. Basically its out of convenience for him, and Im trying to get him back in to the hobby

yeah I've wanted a 1911 for a LONGtime! and Ifinally got one.

it was 750 used, new it was 950ish and Ionly brought 900 to the gun store so yeah Ipicked it up. It was dirty as sin on the inside. A little disappointed but it only took 20 min to get it clean.

I'd love to go to a real S&Wclass.

ugh, RCU ate my post as usual.

was just saying how much i love that bp video.

also the Pede is a fun truck. i love mine but i don't have the same attachment to it as my Tamiyas. i've been thinking about selling it as i need $160 for insurance but i doubt i could get near to that. i checked locally on craigslist and i see a lot of people trying to get around $100 for ancient XL-1 Pedes. this one is my favorite:

http://grandrapids.craigslist.org/tag/1793808316.html

$125 firm for an old XL-1 Pede with the old Stinger motor. seller claims to have paid $275 for it 2 years ago, which i have a hard time believing as i'm pretty sure the XL-5 was out by then, plus i bought mine for around $200, and generally hobby stuff has gone up in price over the past 2 years, not down.

Yeah we have a long way to go... But I'm sure we can come up with enough ideas [sm=idea.gif] to catch up with Lounge 2.

Both, Ihave a Springfield XD-9 Sub Compact that Iusually carry but that might be replaced by this little honey. I got my CPL a few months ago and now it takes a LONGtime to get it since there was so many people applying to get theirs. Igot it and was one of the last people to go through the gun board. Now they don't and it takes 6 extra months to get your carry permit.

Michigan doesn't use a CCW(concealed carry weapon) they use CPL's(concealed pistol license.). With a CCW you can be Westlysnipes(but pay taxes) and carry a sword on your back but not with a CPL.

fhats the size difference between the 2 pistols I own
