Flirt back, maybe you can get something out of it without dealing with the relationship part. And sexual harassment?? pffffttt what has this world come to. Judging by the story line, the OP is young, high school young.. That is what high school kids do, flirt and f around. Part of growing up, if it is still happening after the age of 20, time to grow up.

RE: Annoying flirting.
yeah sure...just ask her what her intentions are? and tell her that you dont want to have anything to do with her. and her excessive flirting is obsessive and not appropriate for the work place. She should feel embaraced and lay off. unless she is crazy. and most women are crazy....LOL
good luck bro.
good luck bro.

Ok, this has gone far enough. I have just had to remove several comments from people because they were completely inappropriate for a family friendly website such as RCU. Let's keep the crude comments to yourselves guys, this isn't the place for it here.

And this is why its a bad idea to play with women at work. It can be hard to get away from them.
Made this mistake myself years ago when I was a wet behind the ears kid.

Dude, Whatever you do don't come on like gangbusters to scare her off, because if you piss her off, your screwed!! She'll turn it around and you'll be the bad guy, and you can say good by to your job. Best thing, stay polite around her at all times but don't let her drag you into her little flirting games. Say what is needed to do your job and that is it.
Don't get me wrong i love women as much as any guy does but us men are always viewed as dogs, 9 times outta 10 a man will be presumed guilty when he isn't.
Good luck

RE: Annoying flirting.
I am a very plain spoken person. I ran into a situation like this because a girl got the wrong idea about me. I was nice to her because she was new and she took that to mean something entirely different. She tried to make her move one day and I told her straight up that I was engaged and not interested. She even tried to tell me that it could be our little secret!! I again reemphasized the point I was not interested and that she was making me uncomfortable. After that she got the point and i think she was pretty embarassed after that. She didn't talk to me for a few weeks. After the awkwardness wore off she turned out to e a pretty cool chick.
So my point is? Just be clear and concise with your feelings. Say it makes you uncomfortable and that it is unprofessional in the work enviroment. She will get the hint.

True, but one problem shes unpredictable, hot/cold. How do you handle a person like that... And i dont know what i did but last night she was not nice at all, and its weird because sometimes she leaves work happy with me. Weird. How do you explain that.

Thats too extreme, plus its not bad enough to make that decision. I just dont know if its me doing something wrong, or if its just part of her little game.
