The camera is a Fuji S2000HD. Not an SLR but it's a damn fine camera to have around. 15x optical zoom, full manual settings, HD video, great grips as well.

Here in Louisiana we would take anywhere form 6 to 12 like him (depending how many people are eating) and smother them down in a black iron pot with onions, bellpeppers, garlic, and a roux gravy served over rice with a little green salad and french bread and enjoy...
