Default Good high power wireless router

I'm long overdue for a new wireless router. Range and signal strength are weak and it's an original WRT54G. I don't mind spending a couple hundred bucks, range and power are the key features I'm looking for. Any suggestions?

I have the DGL 4500 Xtreme-N router. Not really a fan. Probably because I dont have it set up properly and its at school where I am not supposed to use a router.

We have a Linksys..not quite sure of the model, but it looks like a slightly older version of the E2100L. Would not recommend. Single drops significantly after like 15 feet and drops all connection briefly when I turn on my Xbox. Not to mention randomly dropping signal atleast 10 times a day.

If you have AT&T as a cell phone provider, you can get the sbc surfboard. They combine it to your cell bill, and it's great!!! Signal anywhere on the property is excellent.

Thanks for the tips, those Buffalo ones seem to have some good reviews, and they're not expensive at all. I'll read a few more reviews and get something.
