Well it's happened two US citizens flew into Toronto airport and presented false covid vaccine and test papers and were arrested and fined near 20 thousand each. You have to wonder at the stupidity of some people.

Instead of finr GOVT should punish them to do it. These type of people are mostly corrupt.

Canada has had some VERY strict controls, regarding Covid. Only certain people can leave the country, and very few can come in. They have (I believe) one designated airport in each providence that is the ONLY portal, and when you arrive, you MUST be taken to one of their gov approved, motels, and put up (at their rates) for a minimum of 3 days. I would doubt that the people in question were evil, they may have needed to enter the country, and not had the $3,000 or so, to pay for the "approved" entry procedures.
