Control Horns
Getting to the end of building my OMP 540, 47".
What size control horns by GP is best. The Regular ones or the Large control horns? The smaller the better right?

Pick a control horn that will give you about 3/4" distance between the hinge line and the pivot point. Then use a servo arm that also gives you 3/4" distance and you will achieve 45 degrees of throw each way at 100% travel.
