Default Problem to get correct cg on my GWS Zero

Hi
I have problem with the cg.
I use a Outrunner 300-size with 3 cells lipo but I cant understand how you can balance it to get a cg at 50mm mine needs more weight in the front, a lot more weight to get a cg less then 50mm. Thankful for any advice!!

I had to add just over 2oz, as well extend my motor stick by 1/2" with a 370 brushless and stock gearbox. That's with a 3 cel 910 kokam lipo. Mine weighs in at 21 1/2 oz w/battery. I thought that it was way too heavy, but it flew. Believe me, it was a crazy nut with a heavy tail before I added the nose weight.
