They are not RTF, but they have a plug n' play version.
This is an RTF, but I highly recommend going with your own aftermarket electronics:

i was looking at the cessna and i heard about the electronics and said forget it. i am looking for a plane like the cessna. but something that is stable.

Honestly, the best thing to do if you are going to fly for a while, is to go ARF and forget the whole RTF scene. More reliability, and one TX for up to 10 different planes.
