Control Throw for T-28 Trojan PNP
Can anyone tell me what control throws their using on their Parkzone T-28 Trojan PNP? The manual does not list them and it's late Saturday night so I can't get a hold of them. I would like to fly it tomorrow but this is the first airplane I ever bought that does not have recommendations for setting them. I'm going to set it up on a Spektrum DX6 radio and would like to set both low and high rates. This is also going to be my first bird using a rudder so I do not want to screw it up. I already fly the P-51D, Spitfire, P-47D (Should have set the rudder up on it) Mini slinger and others. I just want to make sure I get this one right. Thanks for any help you can provide.

RE: Control Throw for T-28 Trojan PNP
Thanks a million. Unfortunately it rained today so the maiden will have to wait until tomorrow. Unfortunately calling for rain then also but at least I'll have it set up. For now it sits on the dinning room table and I can just admire it. What a great looking plane.

^Lol. It does look like a nice plane, doesn't it?
The plane should fly fine with those settings. If it doesn't look like it's enough controll, then adjust it a bit more, but not too much. In flight is where you will be able to tell if it's too sensitive(rolls quickly, is sensitive on the sticks), or barely has enough controll(is hard to turn, takes a few seconds to roll, loops are very wide).

RE: Control Throw for T-28 Trojan PNP
Just received an email from Kory at Horizon Hobby about the low and high rates for the trojan.
Low Rate
Ailerons 3/8"
Rudder 3/4"
Elevatoe 3/8"
High Rate
Ailerons 5/8"
Rudder 1 and 1/4"
Elevator 5/8"
Hope this helps anyone buying a Plug N Play set theirs up.
