hey any of you SS guys out there know of any way to make the props stronger ,I'm using the gws 1180's and it seems like all it takes is one flip to the nose into the grass and bamm its broke!
any sugestions?

Yep, they are very fragile. However, that does help from bending the prop shaft.
I went through a lot of props when I first started... now they seem to be much stronger, as I seldom break one.
GWS does make a "prop saver" and the info on it is here:

If you do a search on "prop saver" you should also find instructions on building your own from various scrap materials. Basically the prop is held on with small rubber bands which absorb the ground strike energy.

thanks Sierra Gold! I will give it a try,also I found that if you cut off the shaft right after the prop nut with a dremel, you will have less chance of bending the shaft. but the only thing bad about that is the rubber prop spinner wont stay on,oh well its only purpose is probably only for looks...
