Brian, that happened to me also....finally e-mailed them with the error message....turns out it was my nick name. (Hacker...fla)
you cant have any . or * in your nick name. ( won't let you in chat room if you do) e mail em, they will tell you the problem.

If you log on and show up as "Unregistered". it is simple.

Type

/nick KevinH

exactly like that and you will be KevinH.

They don't allow real long names, I am ChuckAuge when I log on.

But to change your log in name, just type /nick yournick

it has to be exact... /nick<space>yournick or /nick yournick

OK, both my kids are in some double team "I ain't sleepin" phase so if you see my name I am reading but I'm probably standing up shaking a baby (not shaking but you know.. me kind of shakin) or trying to keep my 2 year old from grabbing various exacto knives and covering irons.
