I like the apc 11.5 x 4. The best choice so far on my knife. I'm always open to other opinions though.

Vref is right on the money. 11.5x4 is right in the middle of the range of 3D props for the 46fx, and I also find it is the best all around prop.

I run that same combo on my OMP edge 46fx/11.5x4 apc.

11.5 x4 is great on a stock muff...12.25x3.75 on a mcpipe works well also...runs a little on the hot side but not much

I have used just about all of the props suited for the .46 and like the 12.25 x 3.75 the best with the 11.5 x 4 being a close second. Both of these props still give the plane way more speed than it needs but it keeps that same speed on the upline as well supposing you have a fairly lightweight plane (less than 4.5 lbs)

My plane weighs in at 4.04 lbs dry. I use a 4 oz tank as well.

11.5x4 APC is the way to go, in my opinion...Anything bigger is too big, anything smaller is too small!

Go order up a Tower Hobbies .46 muffler for $13 shipped...It makes a big difference!!

Just switched from the m v v s .49 to the .46 FX on my OMP, put a macs header and a .25 to .32 tuned pipe on it, perfect setup! Using a 11.5x4 APC.

I have some short vids hovering if you wanna see them I can e mail ya.

Try the 12x4 APC. I used the 12.25x3.75 APC exclusively on my .46 BB engines until I tried one of these on a friends recommendation. Much better throttle response and no apparent loss in thrust over the other prop. Try it you will see the light.
