Q/ is it too heavy??
I put in 2deg down + 2 deg right,
Q/did i need too??
When I r.o.g. all she wants to do is come back down,
Q/ what angle do I set the elevator and ailerons??

My PQHOR is the same weight as yours and with a .46LA it is a blast. Pulls from a hover no problem. Harriers are sooooo easy compared to "normal" planes. I didn't worry about thrust just bolt the engine on until ILAR.
Mine balances maybe a 1/2 inch behind the fold, not on purpose, just the way it came out. I can't seem to make mine fly bad
Have Fun
