Cool man, great plane. It is my favorite bird now that I can acually do a little 3D. What a joy to harrier it all over and land at your feet. And powered right, hovering is a dream, and TR are pretty easy. This is the only plane I can TR so far, but that's my current study point.

Gordo,
Are you the covering master? I may be looking for some tips when I get to that point. What engine are you using?

LOL[8D] No way man. Gator is the covering GOD. I'm just a humble disiple!!!
My engine is the Irvine .25 Can't say enough good about it. Power to spare, easy to keep tuned, throttle transition second to none. I know others are useing the .25 fx with great success, and it's a lot easier to get. The irvines are a lot more expensive with the exchange rates up, and SIG has the US destributership so they are making it harder to buy them from the UK. Others are loving the TT .36, but they say it's WAY too much power (But I say there's no such thing!)
Anyway, you'll love it, great plane, fast build, SUPER strong.

Yes, it runs fine on 15%. I think Ulf said the bigger ones need a couple of shims to run 15%. The instructions for the .25 say 15% is used for "Competition" flying, but they don't say you need anything extra like shims on the .25. I use whatever I have that day, usually 15%. But if I happen to be flying my ST 3000 that day, I'll use the 0% in the Irvine too. No problem whatsoever. It's not making the same power, but it's still plenty.
No, the ailerons are correct, you're thinking of Arkansas style.
The ailerons are not clipped on the plans for the Taco, but after 3 times breaking them I just cut them off. I'll never build annother 3D plane w/o that mod. I wish I would have remembered that for the Sledge I'm finishing.[&o]

Gordo, I could never find any 0% fuel formy moki and there aint no way im gonna mix fuel so I used 5% fuel and ive tried that in my os's and surprisingly they still had good power but they overheat with the low nitro. I guess high nitro helps COOL the engine, weird huh?

You might be surprised at the ease of fuel mixing w/o the nitro factor. I buy 5 gals of Meth at a time, and 3 Quarts of oil. to get the 10% oil I use for the ST, I just put about 7 oz of oil into a fuel jug and fill it up. Takes 5 min. and since I only get 5 or 6 flights out of the gallon, I can't afford to buy $12 or $13 fuel for that baby!
