Over the last 4 years I have had a fair share of problems, defects and wrong shippments. I have dealt with H9, Great Planes, Futaba, and a few others. Sometimes I was satisfied and sometimes I wasn't. In every case, they definately made it difficult for me to collect even when the problem was clearly their fault.
Well, the past few days I had the pleasure of dealing with Dion AKA STLPilot from OMP. I had an issue with a product of theirs that came thru with some blemishes. Let me tell you. Never before have I seen the kind of efforts to satisfy the customer that I got from OMP. These guys are truely top notch professionals and they have earned a lifetime customer. Thanks OMP.

I can vouch for OMP as well. I do not think Dion can try to remember how many conversations I have had with him. He has always been a great help. No matter what it is I need to know.
