There are a bazillion threads here on RCU about lots of engines for 40 size profiles. By far the most popular are the .46 variety two-strokes and .63-.72 4-strokes. Props should always be the largest diameter and smallest pitch you can use for your engine. Sean states a perfect combo above. We really like the 12.25 x 3.75 or 11.5 x 4W APC props on the .46 two-stroke engines.
