IMO Right now, it is hard to beat the Kat70's on ebay. Just picked up my third , no problems so far. Worse case scenario, spend an hour or so reinforcing the center of wing. Here is a pic of my last one with a Saito 1.00.

Dont have any pics but can easily explain I think. Where the main spars butt join at center of wing, peel/cut covering and a piece of balsa sheeting back. Now just cut a 1/8" notch where center rib meets main spar on both sides of spar. Now just glue in a 1/8" ply joiner about 6" long on both sides of main spar. This will fix the problem that has been reported. There is a thread on this on the pro-b site under general discussion that has some pics.

He is talking about the Profile Brotherhood site. Some good info there, but it is definitely R rated, and you have to register to view the forums. RCU does not allow links to sites which require registration or membership to view the content.

Thanks for all the imput, guy's. I've decided on the OMP Kantana V70. Still have to wait another week but I think it will be worth it. Thanks all, Pete

Shippers are telling us around 25 Nov through customs and delivery to our door shortly after that. Of course you never know for sure how long customs can take but we'll keep our fingers crossed!
