Default OMP Hybrid or 80" plus a MOJO?

What do you guys think - Should I build an OMP Hybrid with a ZDZ 60 and a can or with the same $$ I could do a OMP 80" Yak or Edge and have enough to do a Mojo 60 and probably a a 65" as well..... or at least another 40 size.... is the Hybrid gonna be better than having 3 birds???

Did you see the Golden Eagle Aircraft 80" Talon F1-P with the Evolution 35GT gasser on a tuned pipe? Shipping in a couple of weeks.

No offense taken - different strokes and all. But then I think Yaks are about the most butt-ugly things out there and a lot of people would disagree. I'll go a different path than the rest of the "herd" every time. The real beauty is in the flying anyway.

Have a good one.

Go with a Tunnel Vision and a Mojo 40.

TV does everything very well, super slow KE, rock solid harrier and hovers like its on a stick.

Just get the mojo 65 and leave all the rest of that crap right where it is. The thinner wing makes it more responsive and agile than an 80" profile. The topper would be a fusion 90 and a mojo 65 both powered with saito 125's... wait thats what I got, man I knew I was smart

I musnot be as smart as you - I have the 90 Fusion waiting for the Saito 125- (this week) and I just bought a Mojo 60 - gonna put a Saito 100 on that - so its between the 80" TV from Chip Hyde or the Yak from OMP - does the TV come with a hardware pkg? anybody have experience with both airframes? I'm leaning toward the TV - just cause I'm already tired of covering the Fusion and I still have the Mojo to build and cover....

The TV comes with some hardware. The awesome CH control horns with BB's and a tail wheel. I certainly hope you would upgrade the stock control rods on ANY "3D" plane out there. I made up my own CF rods.

Its a badass bird.

There is a pic of the hover launch on take off.

OS 160 makes it a rocketship.

Edit: Only pic of I have the TV flyn, notice no control inputs and that is in a hover a bit higher cause it was the test flight.

Cool thanks, yeah I would normally upgrade but I have been lookin at the new BME YAK taht comes with all the good stuff hardware and debating getting that vs all the other birds mentioned. Thanks for the info though - called Chip and will be ordering the TV as soon as I get some funds - should be friday I hope - then I'll either get a OS 1.60 and OMP pipe or I might use a Saito 1.80 that I already have and pump it with a perry pump so I can use a straight pipe on it.Either way it should be awesome!!!
