Fun Air 40 from Jet Hobbies
I wanted a Magic 3D, until I found out the wing was not semmetrical. Then I ran across a thread on RC Universe that said the FanAir 40 had a semetrical wing and was lighter. 1.36lbs WOW! I havent seen any pictures, and the manufacturers website does not list the Fun Air 40. Has anybody seen own or flown this plane? Does anybody have any pictures? The manufacturer said that they would be getting some in soon. I have a few questions of anybody that may have any info on this plane.
What materials is it composed of?
Is it an ARF?
What is the covering Material?
What does it come with?Tank?Motor mount? landing gear? wheels? control horns? push rods?
Is the 1.36 lbs ready to fly weight(how) or the weight without motor radio gear or glue?
how ruggid is this plane at 1.36lbs will it fly appart the first landing?
what is the gear made of?
will it withstand radical manovers fast rolls etc...?
is it high wing, low wing, mid wing?
does it use standard servos or micro?
what is the covering material?
what colors is the plane?
what is the trim scheme?
what was your most biggest complaint? for example gear weak, wing snaps etc?
is it a one or two peace wing?
is the wing detachable or glued on perminately?
what are the hinges composed of?
is it a tail dragger or trysicle gear?
how big are the control surfaces?
How is the construction manual?
thanks in advance for answering my questions
