TT .36 pro vs os .32sx on morris pen knife
I got 2 TT36's,,,,neither one has good transition from low/high throttle, i dunno, could be my crummy radio set-up...the TT36 would surely be more than enough power for a PK....G

I've got a TT Pro 36, an OS 32F, and a Webra 32. Using a 1.5" by 5.5" mousse can pipe, the TT 36 is the most powerful, the OS 32F next, and the Webra last.
TT Pro 36 w/MCP, APC 10x4: 16,000 rpm
OS 32F w/MCP, APC 10x4: 15,8000 rpm
Webra 32 w/MCP, APC 10x4: 15,600 rpm
The TT 36 runs great at full idle, at full throttle, and transitions fine from full idle to full throttle. But at all other throttle positions, it tends to load up rich, and sometimes flamesout.
The Webra 32 throttles better than the TT 36, but it's far from perfect, and it has also had flameout problems. I know that others here on RCU swear by their Webra's, but I usually end up swearing at my Webra 32. It's my least favorite of these three engines.
The OS 32F runs and throttles great at all throttle positions. It's my favorite of these three engines for hovering and goofing around at ground level due to it's excellent throttling and top notch reliability. If the OS 32SX runs anything like the OS 32F, you won't be disappointed.

I've run both an OS 25 FSR (an older engine, but it still runs beautifully) and a newer 32 F on Pen Knives with equal success. The 25 hovered the PK and pulling out was not a stretch. With the 32, the PK was a rocket.. but one doesn't need the speed. The power comes in handy during waterfalls and climbing flat spins. I rarely needed the 32 horsepower.
Check out the OS 32; great running engines - reliable, powerful, durable, and long-lasting. A great match for the Morris Pen Knife.
Click on the link below for some video of the Pen Knife in action w/ both the 25 and 32.

I have the 40Fp and a OS32sx.
I run both on moosecans, and my 32 has my 40fp beat by 1000rpm. both transition real well, but the 32 does it better. Both never load up. Last season I ran my 32 a lot on my menace, and the only time it dead sticked was when the tank was empty.
I have been running my 40fp and moosecan on my Qhor, and that motor set unused for about 18months, until about 2 months ago. But so far in the past 2 months, it hasn't flamed out.
I might be wrong, but I thought the 40fp was just a tad heavier than the OS32SX. But anyway, both are real good motors.

Without mufflers, the OS 40FP is 3/4 ounce lighter than the OS 32SX. (8.75 oz vs. 9.5 oz)
The 40FP with a MCP is nearly identical in power to my OS 32F with the stock muffler. (don't have a 32SX to compare)
The 40FP with a MCP is one of the best running and throttling engines I've ever owned or flown. For hovering and maneuvering where accurate and precise throttling is more desireable than peak horsepower, the 40FP is hard to beat.

My TT pro 36 on my Pen is not bad in transition. The lower mid range is a little rich but it hasn't flamed out on me. It is a jet with that motor. I have been running an 11x4 and I think it is still too fast. I put an 11x3 on it tonight and we will see. Next I'll try an 11.5x4. It sounds like a lot of prop but it seems not to care.

I have a TT 36 on my QHOR... running a 10 x 4 prop... Love it...
I have a OS 32 F on my PBF.. running a 10 x 4 prop... awesome....
I have an OS 32 SX on my Menace Plus running a 10.5 x 4.5 love it...
I can't really say anything bad about any of these motors... They have all run flawlessly for me.... I'm running 10% nitro with 20% castor / syn oil. Always run 'em a tad rich....
