Help picking fun fly
I have 3 engines to chose from. An OS .46fx, os .5osx, and a saito .72. Is there a funfly arf that would be able to handle all of these engines?

Top Cap
Knife
Extreme 330
Flip 3D
Dazzler
Pizzaz
TT 330 & Giles
And I know I forgot several, however all of the current 40 sized planes would work.
Is this a test?

Help picking fun fly
I have a dazzler with a 46fx which rocks. I guess I should be more specific. I am loking for something light. 4lbs or so where the engine and fuel tank mount to the side of the fuselage. I want it in an arf. I looked at the thunder tiger fun flys at ACE and they appear to be exactly what I am looking for however I have read alot of bad reviews saying that they dont fly well. So I want something along the line of the tt funfly

40-size Fun-Fly, ARF, and 4 lbs finished weight! Don't we all wish <LOL> Its just not going to happen in an ARF. Your dreaming! Like I said, we are all looking for that 4 lb Fun Fly, which is awfully tuff to achieve when building a kit, thence an ARF of that weight is almost virtually impossible.
Good Luck! BTW, the TTs are notorious for being some of the heaviest ARFs in the industry.
Sorry, but there is no solution that I am aware of.

Look for a Morris Sudokoi ARF if you can find one. It might be the lightest out of the ARF's. Definitely not the TT. Picked one up the other day at the field, and I am sure it weight close to 6 lbs. At least 5.5lbs
Your engines will fly any of the current ARF's (including the TT). It is a matter of wing loading and therefore flight performance. If you are new to fun fly's and profiles, pick the ARF you like the best (40 size one though). You will have a blast with any of them. Once moving to the second one choose a lighter one or build a kit.
Just my $0.02

Here's the Morris site. Their stuff is a little pricey, but well worth it as the kits are very complete and very good quality.

morris makes a Sudokhoi ARF and i had one of them 2 (RIP) i now have a topcap with a 46FX and it was wayy tail heavy.. and it's at 5 lbs right now.... if i were you... i would get a morris sudokhoi ARF and put your saito 72 on it... it would be about 4.5 lbs RTF (less fuel) and it would be a rocket!! total blast to fly also!

Maybe someone who reads this thread has a ARF that he is willing to sell.
That's how I found mine

Don't do it
Not really for the engines you got ! Think of it again ! You will be better of with a profile for your engine choice ! This whole thing is about weight and wing loading !
The Magic is a very good plane, but is harder to hover ! Not that it won't but just not as easy ! Also no Knife Edge flight.
