Seems like a simple question, but I'm curious what you did. I have the hatches on the top of the wing. Where should I put the switch (and I guess a charger jack is essential as well)?

I put mine right in the LH hatch. Using a JR combo switch/jack kindly donated by wgeffon.

Same here, 'cept I didn't have a combo switch. I cut a small notch in the hatch and let the charge jack hang out in the breeze. When I get back to the LHS, I'm gonna get a combo stitch...

Somewhere easy to get to, but hard to knock by accident.

On my last profile I had it mounted right on top of the wing in the middle of the left side center sheeting...

I have a separate charge jack and the switch mounted on the right hatch. The jack and switch are side by side and run parallel with the fuse. I mounted the switch so that the off side is facing forward.

I dont have a switch. I just have the two plugs sticking out. Plug them together and its on. When there unpluged i just hook my volt meter up to check.
