Default Bad Gas SolenoidValve

Hello B777,
I noticed gas flowing into the turbine prior to the start sequence. I changed the Gas Solenoid Valve and the gas flowed properly thereafter.

I need a new Solenoid Valve and wire lead. Please advise how to obtain new items. Is the old valve to be sent back to the factory?

Cheers,
Keith

Hi Keith,

You can order a new one from PST or use any good 6V solenoid valve with compatible wiring/connector. The supplied gas solenoid valve is from SMC.

Hi,
I got mine through PST. They suggested I look at SMC but I needed the wire pig tail as well so bought from PST. The price with postage was $126....good fast service.

I dont suppose you have a SMC part number you can recommend as a replacement. I have a SMC dealer next to my office so would be easy for me to get one there.

Thanks in advance
