Hello,
I don't know if this is the correct sub-forum for this.
The PCB on the nose retract from my E-Flite 60-120 Retract is dead. The electric motor is working and the mechanical parts are fine. I don't want to spend $90 for a new unit just for the PCB that probably will fail again sometime.
So, is there any aftermarket retract controller/PCB that would work, or, any DIY solution for this? Is it possible to use a servo circuit with some mod?
The controller needs to run the retract motor from gear down end-point to gear up end-point and also stop if something get stuck or jammed.
Maybe this retract PCB could work?
I'm also thinking about trying this programable gear door sequencer, which I already have, but adding a servo circuit to control the retract motor signal. I can set the the end points the servo with this module.
Any thoughts?

Have you contacted Horizon? I had an electric Eflite nose gear that would not work properly. I emailed Horizon with all the details (actually took two emails) and they replaced the entire unit for free. I now have the original unit's mechanical parts set up as a tailwheel retract driven by an air cylinder that will be in another model.
