Lightbulb rocket power to electric

looking through my old RCMs I found the artical for the Sky Blaster m. While not into rockets I am into electric . Any body do any thing like this? What kind of motor prop sc batteries would work best ? Where can I find foam or get the wings cut ? It will be a pusher set up belly lander 3 channel .Any help would be appreciated

Plans are on outerzone, had to look them up to see how big this plane is.

As this is a glider with a wing span of 35 inches. E power around 0.049 would be enough.

thanks any idea how long the wing blanks are all I found on the plans is finished wing span
