Default Newbie with problems

Hey guys sorry if this is the wrong place to post I'm new to all this.
I just got a new areoscout s 2 and made a lot of dumb mistakes on my first flight. First I plugged in the ailerons wrong and I noticed one was making a buzzing noise but I don't know if that's normal. But I flew and crashed it acted a bit odd with the handling but I assume that's because the ailerons weren't working.
Anyway my issue now is when I turn it on it starts fine but the aileron gets stuck when I try to move it and they buzz then it won't let me move anything. Also the engine wont engage but I'm not sure if that's because the ailerons aren't working and it's some safety feature possibly? Any information on this would be great thank you.

Take it back to where you bought it and ask.

Youtube videos are a good source for information.

Find a local club and seek help.

Inverting a servo lead shouldn't have hurt anything. Sounds like the servo is bad or got damage when you crashed. Have you checked the other controls when the aileron servo is disconnected ? Is your battery good and charged?
