You can buy a step reamer for larger props from many places such as B&B Specialties if your local hobby shop dosn't carry them... their web site is: http://www.bennettbuilt.com/. They will have the correct size you need for a reasonable price... it will result in a perfectly centered hole every time. Good luck.

Actually, you don't want to CLAMP the prop down.
You DO want to restrict it's movement, but you also want it to be able to wobble just a bit so that the drill can find it's way to center.
