Default PRESSURE PROBLEM ON CAP 232 .40 SIZE

HI EVERYONE!!

JUST FINISHED MY KYOSHO CAP 232 .40 SIZED WITH AN OS 46 FX AND A BISSON PITTS MUFFLER INSIDE THE COWLING.
IM HAVING PROBLEMS WITH THE FUELING SISTEM, IM USING A KWIK-FILL FUELING VALVE FROM DUBRO, A LINE GOES FROM THE TANK TO THE VALVE AND THEN TO THE CARB. ANOTHER LINE GOES FROM THE PITTS MUFFLER PRESURE NIPPLE TO THE TANK AND I HAVE ANOTHER LINE FROM THE TANK TO THE OTSIDE LIKE A OVERFLOW LINE THAT IS SEALED AFTER THE TANK IS FULL.

THE VALVE IS IN PERFECT CONDITIONS AND DOSENT LET AIR INTO THE CARB

I THINK IM HAVING PRESURE PROBLEMS, AM I DOING IT THE WRONG WAY?
IS THERE ANY OTHER BETTER SISTEM TO FILL THE TANK WITH A COWLING WITHOUT BRAKING IT ?
WHAT ABOUT CRIMPING ONE END OF THE MUFFLER TO INCREASE PRESURE?

ANY ADVICE OR TIPS WILL BE VERY APRECIATED

THANKS

look for pin holes in your line. make sure what you put in your 3rd line is tight so that pressure isn't escaping from your tank that way. If this is a arf and you used the supplied fuel tank replace it imo. check the cap to the fuel tank is it tight? try those and if they don't turn anything up let me know we may have to dig for the answer

Thanks
Troy

I've seen problems with tank pressure using the Bisson and Slimline pitts style mufflers on TT 46 and OS 46. Engines would lean in the verticle. Plugging the outlets with a dowell and then redrilling a smaller hole solved the problem. Crimping the ends will work too, but it is ugly.
