Dentist type work light

It would be nice to have a dentist type work light over the bench. The light a dentist uses is expensive. Has anyone found a substitute that is reasonably priced?

Or you can buy a decent halogen lamp for under $30.

I found a used floor lamp that was designed for either a nail parlor or a tattoo parlor. The whole light is on a coaster base. The top two feet is flexible, so you can position the light where you want it, and it has two flexible side arms. One is about 30 inches long with a 6 inch magnifying glass. The other is about a foot long with a large clip, like the one on a clipboard. The cord has a foot operated on/off button. This works great as a task light. I found it in a second hand store for about 25 bucks.
