I Have a 4 Star 40 air plane that I am building. I was wanting to know what is the best flight pack for this I am looking at ether the JR sport or the Jr airpack or HiTech!!!!! The radio I have is a JR 8103.

Everybody's got their favorites, and most of 'em will likely be something other than what you've listed anyway. All the modern systems are pretty good, so go with what your gut and wallet tell you to go with. These 'what's best' questions just open cans of worms that usually don't accomplish much, anyway.

I happen to be a Hitec receiver and servo fan but you cannot go wrong by using JR or JR Sport. I do not think the standard JR Sport flight pack has ball bearing servos, if that is a consideration for you.

Like SST says, everyone has a favorite and they typically think it is 'best.'

For me, price is part of the decision when it comes to RC parts. I have mostly 60 size models and consider myself a novice sport flyer. The Hitec flight packs that include the HS425BB servos are inexpensive and give me what I need for the planes I have and way I like to fly them.

I like the JR 700 on FM at $69.99 and the JR 770 on PCM at $99.99. The little PCM 770 is small, light and I've never had a glitch.
